If Gozen Match or Rivarly of the Warlords is chained to the effect of Wind-Up Shark that special summons itself and the other monster isn't the same type/attribute then Wind-Up Shark cannot be on the field and it will be summoned and immediately sent to the graveyard by game mechanics. That's applicable in the TCG.
In the OCG, Wind-Up Shark will remain in the hand and it will not be special summoned at all, if Rivalry/Gozen Match is chained to its effect and there is already another monster on the field with a different Type/Attribute.
