    If you use "A Hero Lives" when you have an empty hand and an empty field in order to summon "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" you will be able to draw 2 cards off Bubbleman's effect. "A Hero Lives" is not on the field when "Elemental HERO Bubbleman"'s effect activates.
