    In the TCG, Bujingi Turtle can be activated in the Damage Step like any other Quick effect that has to be directly chained to the card/effect it negates. Similar to Photon Strike Bounzer.

    In the OCG, cards like Bujingi Turtle or Photon Strike Bounzer cannot be activated in the Damage Step.
