Evilswarm Kerykeion VS Evolzar Dolkka VS Infestation Infection

Player A controls a face-up Evilswarm Kerykeion and a face-up Infestation Infection. Player B controls a face-up Evolzar Dolkka with Xyz materials. Player A activates Kerykeion's effect, player B activates the effect of Evolzar Dolkka to negate it and player A activates Infestation Infection as Chain Link 3 to shuffle Kerykeion back to the deck.

Kerykeion's effect activation will still be negated by Evolzar Dolkka since its activation requirements were met (the effect activated) and the destruction part of its effect is not something that has to happen for the effect to be activated in the first place (similarly to other activation negating effects/cards).
