When a monster is summoned and that triggers Kagetokage, if the opponent responds with Bottomless Trap Hole to destroy that normal summoned monster, the monster is removed first and then Kagetokage is summoned.

Priority allows the player to use Kagetokage first, but then BTH gets chained and thus resolves first right?

When the monster is summoned it triggers Kagetokage's effect as chain link 1, then bottomless trap hole can be activated as chain link 2 so resolves first.
