Hysteric Sign VS Dark Bribe (Solemn Judgment, Magic Jammer)

If player A activates a Hysteric Sign from his hand and player B responds with a Dark Bribe so that he negates Sign's activation, Sign will be sent to the graveyard and the End Phase search effect of it (the parts where it adds 3 Harpie cards to the hand) will not activate.

This is because Hysteric Sign was never sent from the field to the graveyard but instead it was sent from the point between hand and field (limbo) to the graveyard because of the negation of its activation.

Player A can activate another Hysteric Sign from his hand during that same turn or he can activate another 2nd effect of another Hysteric Sign (if he discards another one for example) during the End Phase of that turn.
