    Hand Destruction and Dragged Down into the Grave can be activated when either Macro Cosmos or Banisher of the Radiance are face-up on the field and applying. Each player will discard (or send) cards that will be banished instead of ending up in the graveyard and after that each player WILL draw the appropriate amount of cards from the deck, as per the cards' texts.
